A. Does Glo&Ray test its product on animals?

We do not test our products on animals.
When selecting the ingredients to be used in our cosmetic products, Glo & Ray requires the raw material suppliers to provide safety information based onscientifically accepted alternative testing methods that meet international safety standards and regulations. Glo & Ray takes consumers’ safety as top priority, while still respecting the lives of animals.



 

B. Are Glo&Ray products Hypo-allergenic?

We have not tested our products and never declare whether they are hypo-allergenic or non-comedogenic. Please contact us if you have a specific allergy and we shall recommend a product suitable for your skin.

C. Why is my favourite product discontinued?

Glo & Ray is always making room for new products to keep up with the current trends and top cosmetic technologies, so stock up on your favourites or try something new – you just might like it!

A.Does Glo&Ray accept international orders?

Yes, we certainly can take international orders and the cost of shipping will be provided at the checkout.

B.How would I know if my order has been accepted?

A confirmation letter will be delivered to your email address which contains the order details.

C.What payment methods are acceptable on your site?

Currently we accept all major credit cards, along with PayPal to pay for your order.

What should I do if I have forgotten my pass word?
